These Terms govern your use of envirohomefl.com and the indoor environmental testing services provided by EnviroHome Solutions (“EnviroHome,” “we,” “us”). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
OUR SERVICES
EnviroHome provides independent indoor environmental testing and assessment services in the Tampa Bay area, which may include mold assessment, radon measurement, indoor air quality testing, water quality testing, VOC laboratory testing, EMF measurement, combustible gas detection, and post-remediation verification. Mold assessment services are performed by a Florida-licensed Mold Assessor (License #MRSA5750).
INDEPENDENT ASSESSMENT
EnviroHome provides assessment and testing only. We do not perform mold remediation. Consistent with Florida law, we maintain independence from any remediation contractor so that our findings remain objective.
NATURE OF TESTING AND REPORTS
Environmental testing reflects the conditions present at the specific locations sampled at the time of the assessment. Results are not a guarantee that a property is, or will remain, free of mold, radon, or other contaminants, and conditions may change over time. Laboratory results are produced by independent accredited laboratories. Our reports and recommendations are advisory and are not legal, medical, or engineering advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on our reports.
SCHEDULING AND ACCESS
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and accurate information about the areas of concern. Appointments are subject to availability and our cancellation policy.
FEES AND PAYMENT
Fees are as quoted at the time of booking. Payment is due as agreed. Quoted prices may change for additional services, expanded scope, or travel outside our standard service area.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnviroHome’s total liability arising from our services or website is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Florida.
CHANGES
We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted on this page.
