What testing with us looks like
We believe a good test is only as useful as the report it produces.
The visual inspection includes moisture readings, thermal imaging as needed, photos and a written report — no air samples, swabs or laboratory sampling. If laboratory testing is warranted, we will tell you on site.
How It Works
From your first call to the report in your hands
Testing comes first. We are licensed in Florida for mold assessment (MRSA5750) and mold remediation (MRSR5737), and we can take remediation calls; if your home has not been tested yet, the first visit is still testing. If we tested your home and completed the testing, we cannot also perform the remediation on that property, so an independent licensed remediator handles the tear-out. A good test is only as useful as the report it produces. Here's exactly how we work.
Consultation
Tell us what's prompting the test: a smell, a recent leak, allergy concerns, a real estate transaction, or a follow up to remediation. We recommend the right combination of tests.
On-Site Assessment
We arrive with calibrated equipment and a methodical plan: air and surface sampling, moisture mapping, thermal imaging, and direct measurements for EMF, or combustible gas.
Accredited Lab Analysis
Samples that require lab work (mold, VOCs, water) are analyzed by an accredited laboratory for objective, defensible results.
Your Plain-Language Report
You receive a clear environmental assessment report: what we tested, what we found, what the numbers mean, and recommended next steps. No jargon.
