SERVICE, SCHEDULING & REFUND POLICY

Because EnviroHome provides on-site testing services rather than physical products, the following applies in place of a product return policy.

SCHEDULING AND RESCHEDULING

We confirm your appointment by phone, text, or email. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the time to another client.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel a scheduled appointment at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations with less notice, or a no-show when our assessor arrives, may be subject to a trip/cancellation fee to cover scheduled time and travel.

REFUNDS

  • If we have not yet performed your assessment, any payment or deposit is fully refundable.
  • Once an assessment has been performed and/or samples have been submitted to the laboratory, fees are non-refundable, because the work and laboratory costs have already been incurred.
  • If you believe there was an error in our service, contact us within 14 days and we will work with you to make it right.

RESULTS AND TURNAROUND

Direct-reading results are discussed on site where applicable. Samples sent to an accredited laboratory are typically returned within a few business days, followed by your written report.
