These Terms & Policies govern your use of the EnviroHome Solutions website and our indoor environmental testing services. By scheduling a test or using this site, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
Our Services
EnviroHome Solutions is an independent testing and assessment company. We identify, measure, and document indoor environmental conditions, including mold and indoor air quality, radon, water quality, VOCs, EMF, combustible gas, moisture, and thermal findings. We also provide post remediation verification. We do not perform remediation or cleanup, which keeps our findings objective and free of conflict of interest.
Reports & Results
Our reports describe what we tested, what we found, and what the results mean, in plain language. Reports are provided for informational purposes to help you make decisions about your property. They are not a guarantee about future conditions, a warranty, or medical, legal, or engineering advice. Indoor environments can change over time, and results reflect conditions at the time of testing.
Scheduling, Pricing & Payment
Pricing is presented per visit and confirmed before any appointment. Larger properties may require additional samples at an added cost, which we will communicate in advance. Payment terms are provided at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible by phone or text at (727) 318-9159 so we can offer the time to another client.
Accredited Laboratories
Certain samples (such as mold cultures, VOCs, and water) are analyzed by independent accredited laboratories. Laboratory turnaround times are outside our direct control, and results are reported as received.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnviroHome Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our reports or services. Our role is limited to testing, assessment, and documentation.
Your Information & Privacy
When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, phone, email, property location, and message) solely to respond to your request and schedule services. We do not sell your personal information. We retain it only as needed to serve you and meet recordkeeping obligations.
