What to look for
- A plain-language summary anyone can understand at a glance
- Detailed findings broken down by area and test type
- Accredited lab results where applicable
- Clear, neutral recommendations — including whether any action is even warranted
Because we're independent and don't perform remediation, our recommendations have no hidden agenda. If your home is fine, we'll tell you.
